Visions in Wood – 2024 – Makers

Thank you for registering your work in VIW2024.  We have an interesting show with great variety, the product of lots of shop hours and dream time!

 

Before you select your time, please read these reminders:We are now ready for you to select a time to bring your work in on setup day Tuesday April 30.

 

Show Ambassador – As makers, you soon be asked to sign up as Show Ambassadors.   We encourage each maker to donate their time for one shift if possible.   We will provide you with helpful pointers to make your time more fun.  Each day from May 1 to May 26, we will have an EARLY shift (10am to 1pm) and a LATE shift (1pm to 4pm).  Free parking is available.

 

Information for Artwork Labels – You will soon receive a request to input the info for your artwork label(s) using a simple form similar to the Call for Entries.  You provide the input and the Show Committee will print the labels.

 

Makers Book –  We encourage participation in the Makers Book as it is interesting for members to learn more about each other and for the visiting public to make connections with makers.  A reminder that IF you would like to be part of this, get your submission ready and bring them on Intake Day April 30.  Printed information could include your artist’s statement,  business cards or other information handouts.  We will provide 8.5 X 11 sheet protectors and a binder.
