To access 3150 Frost Road you must pass the Nanaimo Airport on your right, and then just past the rest stop there is an exit which leads to the “Bungy Zone”. This exit allows you to do a “u-turn” and head south again on the highway. Right after you are on the highway heading south, take the Spruston Road to the right. (Be very careful as you go under the railway. There is a lot of heavy truck traffic coming through this blind underpass.) Take the Frost Road turnoff to the left just under 2 km after the underpass. Frost Fields is the fork to the left near the end of the road.
